Edgar Zayas is a High Tech Crime Investigator with over 15 years’ experience specialising in digital forensics & eDiscovery of financial crimes and digital fraud detections and prevention.
Edgar is currently Director, Global Advisory devising creative anti-fraud strategies, identifying innovative applications for fraud technology and working closely with organisations to prevent fraud by implementing the latest in behaviour biometrics technology.
Prior to his role at BioCatch, Edgar worked for the US government and Australian consulting firm and managed a Cyber Fraud team at Big 4 Australian bank. Edgar holds a Master of Forensic Science from the George Washington University and achieved industry certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and GIAC Critical Controls Certification (GCCC).
