Mr Gullone has 40+ years’ experience in the finance sector and is currently the Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Principal Consultant of strategic management consultancy and business advisory firm, Gullone Group.
Mr Gullone has been a Director at Indue since April 2013 and Chairman since August 2020. He also chairs the Governance, Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
Frank is Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Principal Consultant of strategic management consultancy and business advisory firm, Gullone Group. Frank has an extensive background in Senior Executive roles including the CEO of Superpartners, Managing Director of the Centre for Investor Education, Executive Director at Freehills and General Manager of ANZ Trustees at ANZ Funds Management – part of the ANZ Banking Group. Frank also currently serves as a board member of a public hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC).
Frank currently chairs the Governance, Remuneration & Nomination Committee and is the former Chair of the Audit Committee and Risk Committees at Indue.
